I'm Justin — former COO and current CMO/CTO of Summit Roofing & Restoration, a multi-branch home-service company scaling toward $100M. I oversee the call center, marketing, operations, technology, and accounting.

That means when I work on your business, I'm not advising from a textbook. I'm bringing exactly what I do every day: KPI systems, automation, AI tools, CRM integrations, compensation and accountability structures, training systems — the unglamorous machinery that lets a business actually scale.

GMG 360 exists because most local businesses can't hire someone like that full-time yet. So I do it fractionally — diagnose the whole business, install the fixes, and stay on to run the cadence.
